Products
We have developed the most extensive list of software to integrate with MindAlign anywhere in the world. These connectors are normally referred to as Bots (automated software) and SIOPS (visual panels). Working with our clients since 2000 we have also adapted them to work with LCS/OCS & Reuters Messaging.
The software falls into the following suites or categories:
- Administration – Management and Reporting facilities
- Compliance search – the ability for HR & Compliance to search channels accurately and for individual users to retrieve all private IM & Chat (MindAlign, LCS, OCS, RM, Yahoo, AOL & MSN)
- Publish/Subscribe – two way links to e-mail, portals, rss feeds, video to text and management interaction
- Business Integration – linking trading applications and other computerised systems
- Alerter software – alerting users to changes either from any automated system
- Development – This include middleware to plug in these Bots, web services layers and developer kits

We recognise, having spoken to our numerous MindAlign clients that many of them are looking cautiously towards a future migration and to the next generation of group chat platforms. We also know that they would like to leverage the investment they have already made in MindAlign. With this in mind, as a MindAlign user, Formicary would like to help you achieve this by offering you the opportunity to license a bundle of some of our most valuable and proven MindAlign integration software (Bots). All of our software is already in production, comes with full maintenance support and is available immediately.
As Parlano’s principle implementation, migration and integration partner, we have the most extensive list of software to integrate with MindAlign. We are now working closely with several large Investment banks to map their future unified communications strategy and lead their migration projects. As part of this process, we will be updating our integration software to work with OCS, OCS Group Chat Console and Reuters Messaging.
Our aim is to offer you quality software that will provide instant value to your business. Our licensing agreement is deliberately short (12 months) to give you flexibility and confidence that the software will be fully supported and will be forward compatible i.e. can be easily upgraded.
